K.I.S.S. follows the Flemish attainment goals and is supplemented by internationally accredited curricula to provide students with a strong academic foundation and prepare them for future opportunities.
In addition to a broad general education, K.I.S.S. fosters creative and critical thinking through evidence-based and project-based learning, helping students develop skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.
All students follow a core curriculum in the first cycle, ensuring a solid foundation. From the second cycle onwards, students can personalise their learning path by selecting additional subjects based on their interests, talents, and needs. This approach ensures that every student receives a high-quality core education, supplemented by elective subjects that align with their future ambitions.
With this flexible approach, K.I.S.S. ensures each student gets the support they need for academic and personal development.
In the third cycle, students at K.I.S.S. can choose a specific study direction within the general academic track (ASO).
We prepare students for the official state exams in the first cycle (7th–8th year) and the third cycle (11th–12th year).
