About Us

Kingdom International Secondary School (KISS) is founded on the philosophy of its governing body, KISS Education Center (KISSEC). As a Christian international secondary school, KISS strives to provide students with a high-quality education through an excellent multilingual curriculum rooted in Biblical principles.

The school bases its pedagogical vision on the biblical wisdom of Proverbs 22:6, with an emphasis on guiding students in their learning and personal development, providing them with a solid foundation for their future.

KISS guides students in their personal development and growth, helping them towards significant achievements, using Christian values as a foundation. Education at KISS is seen as a powerful tool to shape, transform, and support students in achieving their goals and dreams.

KISS follows the Catholic Education curriculum, supplemented with internationally accredited curricula to provide students with a strong academic foundation and prepare them for various future opportunities. In addition to a broad general education, KISS encourages creative and critical thinking through evidence-based learning and project-based learning, helping students develop skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.

Methodology

KISS adopts a hybrid educational approach, with a strong emphasis on multilingual learning. This system enhances language acquisition, equipping students for a globalized and multicultural world.

What do we offer?

The core curriculum is taught in Dutch, following the Catholic Education Curriculum, complemented by a high-quality international curriculum, ensuring a strong linguistic foundation across all grades.

A mix of in-person teaching, self-directed learning, and virtual lessons to increase student engagement, motivation, and autonomy.

This method equips students with the tools to succeed in an innovative and digital future, helping them grow as independent and collaborative learners.

Is it for all levels of secondary?

As a school, KISS aims to offer courses for all levels of secondary school. However, as a starting school, we choose to build up the levels gradually. For the school year 2025 - 2026, the school is open for students from 7th to 9th year.

Are the diploma's or certificates accepted in Belgium?

KISS is a private initiative, which means that students are required to take state exams for certification. The certificate they receive is accepted by all higher institutions, both national and international.
